What software and DVD requirments do you have in order to watch Blast The Ball DVD?

I've tried to play DVD with Windows Media Player 11 (Win XP with SP3) but no picture and sound. It seems that DVD is not readble or DVD refuse to play on my laptop?!

Btw I don't have standalone DVD player, just DVD player on my laptop.

The DVD is a regular DVD that plays on DVD players and PC's or MAC's that can play regular DVD's like a regular movie. It is not a computer disk. Many older computers can not play movie DVDs.
