Some common questions from customers:

What form of payments do you take?
We use PayPal processing systems for advanced merchants.
You can pay via:
1- Credit Card
2- Debit Card
3- E- Check
4- PayPal account.
5- Checking Account.
6- Mail in a payment. (Link found on bottom of order page.)

Is Blast The Ball available anywhere else? (Online or in stores.)
No.
To better control service to our customers and insure quick ship times, we handle all orders through http://www.BlastTheBall.com

Why do you only use PayPal?
- We have used them for over 5 years and NEVER had a security issue.
- Unlike traditional processing centers, we NEVER see your financial info.
- We have intergrated our shipping process which makes shipping very quick.

Do you offer phone ordering or support?
No, because we service the entire WORLD, it is impossible for us to maintain reasonable call / phone support.
We answer ALL emails within 2 - 24 hours.

Will I get an order confirmation email?
Only from PayPal.
We no longer send out a second.
Our quick ship processing makes a second email worthless. Most orders are shipped by the time you get it and the USPS system will send one as well.

What about ordering the DVD as a Christmas gift and sending to a friend?

Thanks

You can order and have shipped to anyone you wish. Just make sure you do this at the TIME OF ORDER.  We do not include invoices with orders so there is no need to worry about the cost showing. We do this for security reasons.

Hi Haunted.
Yes back in August there were shipping issues with Malaysia.
You can now order from there as well.
Thanks

I have used the contact us, but thought I would also ask here, I recently (yesterday) ordered Blast The Ball, however through this forum found out about SoccerU and was wondering if it was possible to pay the difference in price (89.95 - 38.95 (Canadian order) = 51.00) and add a pre-order of SoccerU on as well?  Or should I cancel my Blast the Ball order and start over with a SoccerU order?
